Template Links define how different ticket types relate to each other. They enable structured relationships like parent-child hierarchies and dependency tracking.
Link Types
- Parent / Child: Hierarchical relationships, such as Epic containing Stories
- Blocks / Is Blocked By: Dependency tracking
- Duplicates / Is Duplicated By: Duplicate detection
- Relates To: General associations
Configuration
Link types are configured at the organization level and available across all templates matching the defined source/target constraints.
Usage
When viewing a ticket, linked tickets appear in a dedicated section. You can quickly navigate between related items and understand the full picture of dependencies and context.
