Scrum

Overview

The Scrum board provides a sprint-based view of your project. Work is organized into time-boxed iterations with clear goals and burndown tracking.

Sprint Management

• Create sprints: Define start and end dates
• Sprint planning: Drag items from backlog into the sprint
• Active sprint board: Kanban-style columns for the current sprint
• Sprint completion: Close sprints and auto-move incomplete items

Board Columns

Columns map to workflow states. Tickets move across columns as they progress through the workflow. You can hide columns, reorder them, and customize which states appear on the board.

Swimlanes

Enable swimlanes to group tickets by template type, assignee, or priority. This provides an additional dimension of organization on top of the column-based workflow.

Estimate Settings

Configure effort estimation for your sprints. Override template fields per-board and map dropdown values to numeric estimates, such as T-shirt sizes to story points. This powers burndown calculations.

Board Search

Filter tickets directly on the board using the integrated search toolbar. Quickly find specific tickets without leaving the sprint view.

Burndown

With effort estimates configured, Pomavo calculates burndown for a sprint, so you can track how much work remains across the iteration.
