Project Settings

Configure project-specific preferences, boards, and member access.

Overview

Each project has its own settings that control how it operates. Access project settings from the gear icon in the project sidebar.

Edit project details including name, key, description, and default configuration.

Board Configuration

  • Column mapping: Map workflow states to board columns
  • Column ordering: Customize the display order of board columns
  • Hidden columns: Hide workflow states that are not relevant for the board view
  • Swimlane settings: Configure grouping for board views by template, assignee, or priority
  • Estimate settings: Configure effort estimation with field overrides and value mappings

Members & Access

Manage who has access to the project. Add new members through the member management screen, and assign appropriate roles.

View and manage all members of a project with their assigned roles.
Search for users and add them as project members with a specific role.

Iteration Settings

Configure scrum-specific settings including sprint duration and iteration management.

Configure scrum settings like default sprint duration and auto-creation.

Managing Iterations

View and manage all iterations for the project. Create new sprints, adjust dates, and see which iterations are active or completed.
